Why group support?

Would you like to experience the incredible energy and collective wisdom that is created when a tribe of like-minded individuals come together? This energy and wisdom has the power to accelerate your success in achieving your wellness goals.

When we come together in groups, we are stronger. You have access to different viewpoints and approaches to problems and challenges. You get to give and receive help and support.

Within the group you will find connection, communication and community from your interaction with the other group members and with me as your coach and guide. Together we will create a safe and trusting space for your individual growth and transformation. We will also collectively grow as a group.

In the words of motivational speaker Jim Rohn: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” 

The people you spend the most time with shape who you are. They determine what conversations dominate your attention. They affect to which attitudes and behaviours you are regularly exposed to. Eventually you start to think like they think and behave like they behave. By joining this tribe, you will be certain that you will be surrounded by members who aim to achieve their goals to put well-being first, who want to live their best lives possible and who agree to support one another.

Why coaching?

Coaches are in the business of optimising human potential. The key to better health and well-being creation is behavioural change.

Changing your lifestyle and habits can be challenging. No wonder most people fail at this or give up along the way. This change is essential, though, to experience well-being. This is where the coach comes in. Helping people stick to their goals by holding them accountable is my job!

Coaching offers you time spent with a professional skilled in:

  • habit formation and reversal;
  • the ability to connect you to your deepest desires and goal – this part is huge as this is the key to successfully change your lifestyle and ‘bad’ habits; and
  • positive psychology – focuses on your strengths rather than your weaknesses.

Coaching provides a client-centred approach – it’s all about you!

Coaching gives you connection, empathy, accountability and support – the secret sauce to sustainable lifestyle changes! I will expertly guide you through the process of creating your own well-being roadmap, whilst holding space for you to reach your own goals, as determined by you.

You will become the hero of your own well-being journey, you will become your own change agent!

What your group will look like

There are two Well-being First groups.

Each group will have 11 members: you + 9 other members and me, your coach.

This gives us the energetic vibration of MASTERY according to numerology.

Typical aspects associated with No. 11:

  • Spiritual illumination
  • The ability to finish what you started
  • Great partnerships
  • Ability to work and play well with others
  • Leadership
  • Creativity
  • Purpose
  • Experience life at the highest level.

Please indicate on the application form which day will suit you best.

The duration of this program is for 10 months, also for very specific reasons. 10 signifies completion in numerology. 1 + 0 = 1 which indicates new beginnings. When we proactively work on our well-being goals, we become healthy or healthier. You start to feel fabulous! This state of well-being that gets generated is what we are after and in a sense, it gives us a new beginning at life. This is when we start to thrive!


The Tuesday group will have their monthly mentoring call on the first Tuesday evening of the month, for 10 months.


The Thursday group will have their monthly mentoring call on the first Thursday evening of every month, for 10 months.

Together we will set out to master our well-being journeys! How exiting!

What to expect from this program

A. Setting your well-being goals for 2021

This is a 10-month virtual coaching program. Why 10 months? You are going to experience a process that addresses all aspects of Well-being – a 360 degree approach to your life, which requires time.

It also means you will be engaging in a transformational journey. This involves time and patience. What you will gain in these 10 months will be skills and tools that you can apply for life. More than that, you will have your own individualized plan for your unique well-being creation!

The first month is dedicated to setting your well-being goals over the 12 pillars of well-being as depicted in the Circle of Life.

You will go through various exercises to determine your SMART goals.

Furthermore, you will create your action plan to achieve these goals, based on proven techniques from various coaching principles and teachings.

The following 9 months will be dedicated to the 12 pillars of well-being:

Month 2: Relationships – everything is a relationship
Month 3: Health – the focus here will be physical health
Month 4: Physical activity and movement
Month 5: Career and education
Month 6: Home cooking and Home environment
Month 7: Spirituality
Month 8: Finances
Month 9: Social life, joy and creativity

You will focus and reflect on the specific topic(s) over the course of the relevant month. This will allow you to dig deeper on this topic and refine your goals and action plan, while you are pursuing them as set out in month 1.

I will supply you with educational material to support each part of your focus.

B. Weekly check-ins

Every Friday you will be reminded to do check-ins over the weekend (or earlier). This check-in is a most important practice and foundational in this process. It’s the practice that keep us inspired and motivated to achieve our goals!

You will reflect on your wins, your actions and challenges of the week. You will start seeing the progress that micro-movements provide in taking action and achieving your goals.

I will give you feedback on Mondays.

Please read fellow members feedback, partake and support where you can.

This activity will show you the ‘value of your pack’. You will feel uplifted, encouraged and celebrated by fellow members and by me, all while growing healthier and happier 🙂

C. 2 hour Mentoring call each month

We will have 10 mentoring calls over the 10 months.

The sessions are timely and tightly scheduled to give every member a chance to share their celebrations and challenges of the current month cycle.

The calls are live on Zoom and enable us to connect and ‘see’ one another.

  • On-on-one coaching
  • Surrogate coaching
  • Accountability setting

I have completed my application, what’s next?

Firstly, THANK YOU for completing this application!

I will personally review your application and get back to you via email to let you know whether your application was successful.

If you are successful, your email will contain a link that will take you to the payment page.

Here you will be given a choice to pay a once-off amount for the 10 months, or you can choose to do monthly payments. Your first monthly payment needs to be paid immediately, followed by 9 payments for the remaining months.

Payment secures your place in the Well-being First 2021 Virtual Coaching group.

On receipt of your payment, I will email you to confirm your spot in our group.

Watch out for emails from me from mid-January 2021. These emails will contain your access link to our private Well-being First Facebook group. You will also receive emails to invite you for our first Zoom mentoring call on Tuesday, 2 February 2021 at 19h00 – 21h00, or Thursday, 4 February 2021 at 19h00 – 21h00. Your information packs will also be emailed to you.

This program is not for you if:

  • You don’t want to take responsibility for your well-being creation.
  • You don’t want to commit to the 10 months of this program.
  • If you don’t take your health and well-being seriously.
  • You don’t have enough money to either pay a lump sum or opt for the monthly payment plan.
  • You can’t commit 3-4 hrs per week to this program.
