A. Setting your well-being goals for 2021
This is a 10-month virtual coaching program. Why 10 months? You are going to experience a process that addresses all aspects of Well-being – a 360 degree approach to your life, which requires time.
It also means you will be engaging in a transformational journey. This involves time and patience. What you will gain in these 10 months will be skills and tools that you can apply for life. More than that, you will have your own individualized plan for your unique well-being creation!
The first month is dedicated to setting your well-being goals over the 12 pillars of well-being as depicted in the Circle of Life.
You will go through various exercises to determine your SMART goals.
Furthermore, you will create your action plan to achieve these goals, based on proven techniques from various coaching principles and teachings.
The following 9 months will be dedicated to the 12 pillars of well-being:
Month 2: Relationships – everything is a relationship
Month 3: Health – the focus here will be physical health
Month 4: Physical activity and movement
Month 5: Career and education
Month 6: Home cooking and Home environment
Month 7: Spirituality
Month 8: Finances
Month 9: Social life, joy and creativity
You will focus and reflect on the specific topic(s) over the course of the relevant month. This will allow you to dig deeper on this topic and refine your goals and action plan, while you are pursuing them as set out in month 1.
I will supply you with educational material to support each part of your focus.
